Sales conditions
Must be a reseller, e.g. an advertising agency, embroidering company, printing company or specialised retailer / wholesaler, etc.
Prior to the first purchase, please submit your business licence and Tax Information Number + shipping address, including telephone numbers and all other contact information.
Payment conditions
First 3 shipments are payable in cash or COD. Thereafter, by invoice due and payable within 14 (fourteen) days. The goods are invoiced on the delivery date set by us.
Price lists
Prices are governed by purchased volume (one type, one colour, max. sizes)
We reserve the right to modify prices due to the EUR / CZK exchange rate fluctuations.
We offer 6 month fixed prices on:
- purchases over CZK 100,000 – parcel price ?- purchases over CZK 300,000 – carton price ?- purchases over CZK 1 million - 10 carton price
Purchases
All merchandise pieces can be purchased individually; you don’t have to worry about the number count in a carton
We are linked to the stock information of our supplier; we will find out instantly the availability of merchandise
Samples:
Our retail outlet (Strojírenská 259, Prague – Zličín) carries a large sample stock you can inspect from MON to FRI from 08:00 – 16:00 (8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Fleece jackets, sweatshirts, jackets and shirts can be loaned out from our samples store for 10 days; samples that are not returned are automatically invoiced
Other samples may be purchased at discounted 10 carton price.
Shipping terms:
We ship to Prague twice per week with our own transport
Express delivery is available through UPS Express or Standard services
Goods can be prepared for pick up or we will ship through PPL service, according to the agreed-upon term ?(PPL shipping costs are available at www.ppl.cz )
Catalogues
We offer two catalogue versions:
no name catalogue with gross prices without contact for the end user
no name catalogue without prices and contacts for our clients and end users
You can also use our internet catalogue at www.textileurope.cz without any contacts shown
Return policy
Goods that are already embroidered, printed or otherwise changed cannot be returned
Returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice number or DN
If the customer does not check and / or count the goods in the presence of a Tiger Team Company employee while taking possession of the goods, later returns / claims will not be successfully resolved
Changes in the catalogue as well as in the price list are updated at www.tiger-team.cz Rights are reserved and are not subject to claim(s).
Order cancellation:
A binding order can be cancelled – cancellation fee is 30% (thirty percent) of the order price
Returned goods that are not damaged are subject to 30% cancellation / restocking fee
